betPawa offers exclusive boosted odds for the biggest football matches over the weekend. There are three exciting matches on offer featuring top teams from Europe. In the Bundesliga, RB Leipzig host 2nd placed Bayer Leverkusen. Serie A leaders Napoli host Juventus at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, and reigning Premier League champions Manchester City play Chelsea.

RB Leipzig vs Bayer Leverkusen

The Bundesliga’s top match of the weekend sees champions Bayer Leverkusen travel to Leipzig for a crunch encounter. Xabi Alonso’s team start the weekend 4 points adrift of leaders Bayern Munich and will not want to drop points on Saturday.

Leverkusen are unbeaten in their last 10 league matches, snatching 8 wins and 2 draws. They’ve averaged 2.4 goals per match during that run and only conceded 9 goals.

RB Leipzig are outside of the top 4 spots in the Bundesliga and have struggled in the league recently. In their last 10 games, Marco Rose’s side has lost 5 times and only won 3 matches to collect 11 points from a possible 30. They have been stronger at home than on the road, picking up 5 wins from 8 matches. Their only loss was a 1-5 collapse to Wolfsburg.

It was Leipzig who ended Leverkusen’s extraordinary record-breaking 35-match unbeaten run in the league when they secured a dramatic 3-2 comeback victory away in August 2024. Alonso’s troops will look for redemption in the Red Bull Arena on Saturday.

Napoli v Juventus

Serie A leaders Napoli, fresh from a brilliant 3-2 win away to Europa League champions Atalanta last Satuday, face Juventus in the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.

Antonio Conte’s side are unbeaten in their 5 league matches and have a 3-point lead over reigning champions Inter who have played one match less. Napoli’s top scorer, Romelu Lukaku, scored a 78th minute winner in Bergamo last Saturday to extend Napoli’s Serie A lead.

Juventus also picked up a win last Saturday, beating AC Milan 2-0 in Turin, and extending their unbeaten league run to 21 matches so far this season. Thiago Motta’s men have become the draw specialists, recording 13 stalemates in the league, and they only find themselves in 5th place. Napoli has the best home league record, and beat the Old Lady the last time the teams met in the league in Naples back in March 2024.

Manchester City vs Chelsea

Reigning champions Manchester City have emerged from their slump to go unbeaten in their last 5 Premier League matches. Pep Guardiola’s team swept past Ipswich 6-0 away from home and moved into the top 5 behind their opponents.

Chelsea has gone from title contenders to occupying 4th place before this round after their 9-match unbeaten run in the league came crashing down with 2 consecutive defeats. Enzo Maresca’s team lost to Fulham and Ipswich and lost momentum in the title race.

Their most recent win came Monday night against Wolves and opened up a 2-point lead over City. The Citizens have won 3 of their last 5 encounters with the Blues in the league, but have lost twice at the Etihad in their last 5 home league matches.

Chelsea have picked up 6 wins from 11 matches on the road this season and will face an intriguing encounter with a resurgent City outfit.
